I have tried to make sure that the items shown on this website are a fair reflection of the reality; that said colours and in particular wood grain patterns can vary.

If an item arrives damaged as a result of the delivery please contact the delivery service immediately to report the damage, and once they have been notified please contact us.

We do not accept cancelations of orders of non-bespoke boxes (given the short lead times ). Bespoke boxes can be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order.

In the case that a refund is agreed. We will aim to refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Please note boxes that has been personalised eg engraving or plaques added, are non-refundable.
