Refund policy

Returns for replacement or refund.

    If a box is defective as a result a mistake in design or manufacture in anyway please contact me within 14  days and I will offer repair or replacement at no cost to the customer. If an item arrives damaged as a result of the delivery please contact the delivery service immediately to report the damage, and once they have been notified please get in touch with me

   Boxes are made to order and I don't except cancelations after having made a start on the box (usually around 2 working days) except in unusual circumstances. Where boxes are to be returned it is  at the customer’s expense in an unused, resalable condition without any damage to the product within 14 working days. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left for cancellation to take effect. I will refund your money (minus the initial delivery charge) within14 days of receipt of the goods. 

 Please note boxes that have been personalised eg: engraving is non-refundable unless as a result a mistake in design or manufacture, where the above policy applies.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
